If you know a few carpenters or woodworkers, you will know they love to talk about “Good” tools. The ones that exceed their expectations.
I think it is because there are so many crappy tools around that the good ones really stand out, and when they find ones that work well and can take a crap load of abuse, they just have to tell all their friends and anyone that happens to lend an ear.

My favorite is Tool King Reconditioned Tools in the USA (even though I live in Canada). I recently ordered from them and the order only took 6 days to arrive. Choosing The Right Caulking Gun for Best Results
Sometimes a good tradesman can blame his tools… if he buys the wrong ones, but then again, he should know which tools to buy. When it comes to caulking guns, buying the right type can make all the difference in the world. Shown in the image are the 2 most common caulking guns available, the skeleton style and the ratchet style. Unless you do a lot of caulking, you will not know which is best and why. Do not buy the ratchet style, they are usually very cheaply made and offer little control over the flow of caulking. See below for a comparison of both guns
Ridgid – The Best Table Saw You Can Buy!
If you are a serious handyman or professional contractor, there is only one name you need to remember, that name is RIDGID. Normally this name is associated with high quality plumbing tools but several years ago they jumped into the carpentry market and with great success. While not all their woodworking tools make the grade, their table saws are exceptional!
RIDGID may not be the name you would associate with high quality table saws, but they make one of the best table saws you can buy for the money. They offer one portable and one stationary. I bought the stationary model 6 years ago at Home Depot for about $700 and it is still going strong after years of serious use.
